What began with maintaining his own vehicle and family vehicles quickly developed into a business built on precision, consistency, and professional care.

As someone actively involved in both the local car scene and the Fayetteville community, Jayden understands how important it is for customers to have a detailing service they can trust. Terms & Conditions

Booking an appointment with 910 Auto Spa means agreeing to the terms below.

  1. Agreement to Terms. These terms apply to all services performed on the customer's vehicle or provided to the customer, regardless of location. 910 Auto Spa does not offer drop-off service.
  2. Vehicle Condition. The customer confirms they own the vehicle or have the owner's permission for it to be serviced. 910 Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, faded paint, worn upholstery, cracked trim, rust, or prior detailing that didn't fully correct an issue. Some interior and exterior conditions, such as heavily soiled upholstery, deep-set stains, or already-compromised material, may limit what can safely be cleaned or corrected without causing further damage. In these cases, 910 Auto Spa may limit, adjust, or decline work on a specific area at its own discretion, and will let the customer know when that happens. Customers should point out any areas of concern before work begins.
  3. Results and Expectations. Paint correction, ceramic coating, interior deep cleaning, and similar services improve a vehicle's condition but don't guarantee full removal of swirl marks, scratches, water spots, rust, oxidation, deep-set stains, odors, or other defects, especially on vehicles with heavy existing damage or a history of poor upkeep. Some stains and surface damage may not come out completely no matter the method used. Results depend on the vehicle's age, condition, and prior care, and 910 Auto Spa guarantees a good-faith professional effort, not a specific outcome.
  4. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating. These services are booked at the listed prices, with additional charges for larger vehicles as shown. Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle's paint condition and the level of correction required. Paint correction reduces swirl marks and light scratches but may not fully remove deeper defects, and the level of correction possible depends on how much clear coat is available to safely work with. Ceramic coating creates a durable protective layer, but how long it performs well depends on proper aftercare, including pH-neutral soap, avoiding automatic car washes with abrasive brushes, and addressing contamination or damage promptly. 910 Auto Spa does not guarantee a specific coating lifespan and is not responsible for reduced performance caused by improper washing, environmental fallout, or care after the appointment.
  5. Belongings. Customers must remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment. This includes but isn't limited to car seats, electronics, bags, suitcases, and work papers, documents, or other materials. 910 Auto Spa isn't liable for loose belongings left in the vehicle during service.
  6. Personal Property and Aftermarket Accessories. 910 Auto Spa is not responsible for damage to improperly installed or unsecured aftermarket accessories, trim pieces, spoilers, body wraps, decals, electronics, or other modifications. Customers with aftermarket additions on their vehicle should point them out before service so extra care can be taken where possible.
  7. Access Requirements & Service Location. As stated in the booking policy, water access is required for all exterior services, and power is required for all services, interior and exterior. Making that access available at the scheduled time is the customer's responsibility. The customer confirms they have the legal right, or the property owner's permission, to provide access to water and power at the service location. 910 Auto Spa is not responsible for the pre-existing condition of the driveway, garage, or other surfaces where service is performed, or for incidental water runoff that occurs during normal washing and rinsing.
  8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals. Customers are asked to give as much advance notice as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or a prepayment requirement for future bookings, at 910 Auto Spa's discretion. As stated in the booking policy, arrivals delayed more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time, through no fault of 910 Auto Spa, may incur an additional fee.
  9. Weather and Scheduling. For the safety of the customer, the vehicle, and 910 Auto Spa's equipment, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe or undesirable weather conditions.
  10. Biohazard Materials. Vehicles containing excessive mold, bodily fluids, needles, human or animal waste, or other biohazardous materials may be declined for service or subject to an additional charge substantially higher than standard detailing rates, due to the additional labor, protective equipment, and disposal requirements involved.
  11. Inspection of Completed Work. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of service, before the technician leaves the location. Any concerns about the work performed should be raised at that time so they can be addressed directly. 910 Auto Spa cannot guarantee resolution of concerns reported after the appointment has ended and the vehicle has left the service location.
  12. Photo and Video Documentation. 910 Auto Spa may photograph or video record the vehicle before, during, and after service to document its condition, support quality control, and help resolve potential disputes, unless the customer requests otherwise. Any photos or videos used for marketing purposes will not reveal personal information about the customer.
  13. Payment and Pricing Adjustments. Payment is due when service is complete, through the methods listed at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted based on vehicle size, condition, level of contamination, pet hair, excessive staining, excessive trash, or other factors that differ materially from the information provided at the time of booking. Any change in price will be discussed with the customer before any additional work is performed.
  14. Liability. 910 Auto Spa is not liable for the following.
    • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle's paint, interior, trim, or mechanical components.
    • Stains, odors, rust, oxidation, or other conditions that can't be fully corrected through standard detailing methods.
    • Damage tied to underlying issues already present in the vehicle, including weak or peeling paint, prior bodywork, aftermarket parts, or worn-out materials.
    • Mechanical, electrical, or dashboard issues unrelated to the detailing performed, including dead batteries, warning lights, or sensor malfunctions that appear during or after service.
    • Loose, improperly secured, or left-behind personal items or valuables.
    • Delays or service limitations caused by inaccurate information from the customer, including wrong addresses or vehicles that are blocked or inaccessible.
    • Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, diminished value, or lost income.

    If 910 Auto Spa is found legally responsible for direct damage caused by proven negligence during the service, its maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  15. Right to Refuse Service. 910 Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, biohazardous vehicles, or any situation that could damage equipment or create a safety risk.
  16. Governing Law & Updates to These Terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. 910 Auto Spa may update these terms from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of booking applies to that appointment.
  17. Acceptance. Booking an appointment is acceptance of these terms.

  • 04Weather Policy — Services are weather dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions are not suitable.
  • 05Payment — Payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium (Detail)?+
Standard services cover the essentials — a thorough clean inside or out. Premium detail services go deeper, including steam cleaning, chemical decontamination, paint protection, and plastic restoration. If your vehicle needs a full reset or hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, premium is the move.
What do I need to provide?+
Access to your vehicle, water for exterior services, and power for all services. We bring our own equipment, products, and supplies. Not sure your location has water or power? Reach out before booking.
How do I book an appointment?+

Every product is selected for surface safety, durability, and finish quality — covering steam cleaning, pH-appropriate chemicals, ceramic sealants, and plastic restoration compounds.
How long does a detail take?+
Service times vary by vehicle size and package. Standard services typically run 1.5 to 3 hours. Premium full interior and exterior details run about 3 hours 40 minutes to 4 hours 10 minutes. Exact times are listed on each service card above.
Do you offer recurring or maintenance packages?+
Yes. Maintenance services keep your vehicle fresh between full details. The Maintenance Refresher covers the interior and exterior in one visit, with interior vacuuming, dashboard and console wipe-down, crevice and mat cleaning, exterior wash, bug and grime removal, wheel and tire cleaning, and tire dressing. It runs $95 for sedans and coupes, $105 for SUVs, and $110 for full-size vehicles. If you only need one side, Interior-Only Cleaning ($65 to $75) and Exterior-Only Cleaning ($60 to $70) are also available. Maintenance services are for clients who have had a Full Detail in the past four months, and getting a Full Detail every 4 months keeps you eligible.
